Work Begins on the Elliott Apartment Complex

Construction is underway on The Elliott, a 272-unit apartment complex in Pflugerville, TX. The project officially kicks off the Pecan District, a $1.2-billion, 45-acre, mixed-use development spearheaded by Presidium Group LLC in Dallas and Austin developer Cid Gallindo.

The Elliott is being built at Heatherwilde Boulevard and Old Austin Pflugerville Road. The project is anticipated to deliver in 2020, and will offer one and two-bedroom units averaging 855 square feet. Mark Odom Studio is the architect on the project, which will include an on-site workout facility, business center, pool, outdoor cooking areas and walking trails.

Future phases in the Pecan District will include 250,000 square feet of office space, 60,000 square feet of retail and restaurants space, 20,000 square feet for a civic building, a performance venue and hotel.
